1. If you haven't already, please create a free trader account (participant profile) on eventaly (you'll only need to do this once). If you need help then email us or View the Guide to Eventaly here.


2. Make sure you are logged in, then click the button/s below for the event/s you would like to apply for. You'll then be able to submit your application in just a few clicks.


3. We'll process your application as soon as possible (this could be a few days during busy periods) then you'll receive an email with the decision and next steps.

For all events (apart from Reading Vegan Festival inside stalls or if you have a trailer as approved on application) You must have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). If we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading.

Freedom Fields Festival Evesham
An annual charity partnership event with The Farm Animal Sanctuary WR11 8LN on a full weekend in summer. 
- Trading hours are Friday 25th July at 3pm-9pm, Saturday 26th July at 10-12am, and Sunday 27th July at 10am-6pm. The pitch fees stated are for the full festival.
- No glass is permitted and single use plastic must be avoided.
- Free parking is available on-site and camping is included.
- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.
- Power is available at a cost of £75 paid directly to the sanctuary on request and subject to availability. Gas and silent generators are permitted.
- Ticket sales are estimated at 1000.

Godalming Vegan Fiesta
The fiestas take place with spring and ‘World Vegan Day’ specials at 10-4pm on Godalming High Street GU7 1DU. 
- Parking is available nearby.

GUILDFORD Vegan Fiesta and Villages
- Find us on the cobbled Guildford High Street GU1 3YL five times a year at 11-4pm.
- The Fiestas usually take place in April and December.
- The Villages usually take place in June as part of Green DaY, September as part of Cleaner Air DaY and November as part of Festival Family Fun Day.
- Parking is available nearby including Castle Car Park.

Reading Vegan Fiesta

Reading Vegan Festival
Founded in 2017, our flagship festival takes place every September at 11-4pm outside on Market Place & Broad Street and inside The Market House.
- Please note that this particular event is exclusively for vegan only businesses.
- Parking is available nearby including The Oracle, Queens Road and Kings Meadow Car Park.
- For inside stalls, a chair and table will be provided for you (exact size/shape will vary as they are restaurant tables, so recommended for those with minimum stock).
- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.
- Limited power is available on request and subject to availability (we also always recommend having a contingency in case of outages which we can't be responsible for). You will need your own 16A and 32A leads.
- Alcohol traders require a personal licence and a TEN.

Vegan Fiesta Basingstoke
Founded in 2020, the fiesta now takes place annually at 11-5pm on the grassed Amphitheatre at Festival Place Shopping Centre RG21 7BA.
- Parking is available at Festival Place (at a reduced trader rate) or locally.

Founded in 2019, the market takes place every other month (from April) on the second Sunday of each month at 11-3pm on Market Place around the Old Town Hall RG40 1AS.
